Oh, hey! Remember me? Remember that time we hung out and I told jokes and you were all, “OK, weirdo. We get it. You’re strangely desperate for attention.” HAHAHAHA. Good times.

I wish I could tell you that I’ve been away accomplishing heroic, virtually impossible feats of bad-assery like saving children from burning buildings

Or fist fighting an octopus

Or reading the iTunes Terms and Conditions

But the truth is, I’ve been working.

And working.

And once and a while I took a break to cry-shout at infomercials. And then I usually just worked some more.

But guess what!? I’ve finally typed enough words to be caught up on all of my projects! YAY!

Yea! I know you don’t know this (probably) but you’re on my blogroll, and I keep looking at the latest post thinking “Is she okay? When will we see more fun stuff? I hope she’s okay and didn’t get eaten by a vampire octopus!”

Welcome back, with love, the internet.

  2. Bozo says:

Well, I’ve been following you forever – but I think this is the first post of yours that I’ve seen… Or maybe a couple before this – but it’s been so long that it’s hard to say.

Good to know that you’re ok and I’m looking forward to what’s next!

  3. Jaime says:

welcome back … it’s definitely important to be up to date on your projects… that’s what I should be doing instead of reading your blog.. thanks for the welcome distraction.

  4. Yay! I was just thinking about you (although not in a creepy, stalkerish way….ok, maybe a little), and I was totally sad that you hadn’t posted. But here you are. Although, I’d be sad if you HAD been fist fighting an octopus and didn’t invite me.

  5. Mayor Gia says:

    Congrats! Glad you’re back 🙂

  6. Marisa says:

Glad you’re back, I love the style of your comics, they always make me laugh.

  7. Alexis says:

I’m going to wipe the last three images from my mind because I refuse to think of you chained to some mind numbing desk but am going to instead stick with octopus fighting. Only you need to wear a white bikini (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_bikini_of_Ursula_Andress). Because I’m pretty sure this is the required wardrobe for octopus fighting.

  8. Suniverse says:

I have missed you and I want, desperately, to fist fight an octopus with you. Except I find them gross, so unless I was wearing boxing gloves, you’d have to do all the hitting.

  9. Anny P says:

    Missed you! Welcome back.

  10. I think the terms and conditions would look pretty much like the last picture but instead of “type” it would say “read.” But, I wouldn’t know for sure, either.

  11. Wilyguy says:

Glad you’re back. Missed all the cartoons and the desperate cries for attention, I mean funny stuff!

Huzzah! That’s right, I said HUZZAH.

  13. Welcome back. I had just discovered your blog and then you disappeared. Stupid work, always getting in the way of fun stuff.

  14. Gnetch says:

I’m pretty new to your blog. Gia recommended it when I asked for funny blogs on Twitter so I checked it out and read your stuff and followed and then you stopped updating. I was starting to take it personally. :p

    Just kidding. Glad you’re back.

  15. bluzdude says:

It’s a mixed blessing to be fighting an octopus. You have to watch out for more of his ‘lefts,’ but he’s got more head to hit, and you won’t hurt your hand when you do.

  16. erica says:

I hate it when the typing words keep you away.

  17. Britt says:

Well that’s absolutely no fun. I, do, however, think it’s vital to yell at infomercials. WHY DO THEY ALWAYS MAKE ME SO ANGRY!?

    Come back soon!

  18. Marisa says:

  24. Elizabeth says:

What a beautiful creation, most of us experience in the same way… facing already at the computer but nothing comes in, when I encounter this one, I love to discover new things by looking outside and talking some one else to gather different ideas..

  25. wow, that’s where i’ve been too! I’m surprised we didn’t run into each other. Oh wait, no i’m not because in the world of work I dont look up from the computer screen for anything except to get more coffee.

  26. Born25 says:

You’re a one of a kind blogger. You have a future in Digital arts. lol. But I’m glad you’re back. keep it up. see you again. (type type type type words) 🙂

  27. Lacey12 says:

Lolz, it seems what I have now, type.type and think.think, but nothing comes ahead…

  28. Rosalie says:

Typing is really sometimes annoying and it is especially when you have nothing to say just nonsense ones…

  29. Crying/shouting at infomercials IS work.
Fist fighting an octopus? Is just what you do when you want to have fun.

A shark thumb battle is also great. WHICH you WIN! Because sharks don’t have thumbs.
